Acceptance
By using AIBooked, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These draft terms must be reviewed before launch.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Keep your account information accurate and protect your password. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans, billing, and renewals
AIBooked offers Free and planned Pro and Team plans. Pro pricing is $39 for 3 months, $66 for 6 months, or $120 for 12 months. Team pricing is $60, $102, or $192 per seat for those terms. Optional monthly rates are $15 for Pro and $24 per seat for Team. Paid plans are not activated yet. Once enabled, term plans are billed up front and renew unless canceled under the disclosed checkout terms. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal at any time. Monthly access continues through the paid month; 3, 6, and 12-month access continues through the paid term. Partial refunds are not provided unless required by law. Trial terms and any automatic charging must be disclosed before a card is collected.
Acceptable use
Do not use AIBooked for illegal services, fraud, spam, harassment, or unsolicited SMS. Obtain required consent before messaging visitors and honor opt-outs. Do not try to access other users’ private information or interfere with the service.
Host responsibilities
Hosts are the business of record for their services and payments. Hosts are responsible for service descriptions, prices, policies, legal compliance, visitor data, and fulfillment of appointments. AIBooked is a scheduling platform, not the provider of the booked service.
Payments through Stripe
When configured, payment processing is provided by Stripe under its terms. Standard processing fees apply. Hosts are responsible for disputes, taxes, refunds, and payment compliance for their services.
AI features
AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Hosts must review descriptions and drafts before using them, and are responsible for the information in their knowledge base. AI is not a substitute for professional advice. Only verified free models will be enabled.
Intellectual property
AIBooked retains rights to its platform, software, and branding. You retain rights to your content and grant the permissions needed to host and process it for scheduling.
Third-party integrations
Connected services are governed by their own terms and availability. You authorize the access needed for integrations you choose, and can disconnect them. Third-party outages or changes may affect functionality.
Termination
You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, violations, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where appropriate.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or appointment attendance. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Statutory rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. Legal review must establish the final limitations.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute-resolution terms are awaiting confirmation. Georgia, USA is proposed but is not finalized in this draft. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice where required. Continued use after revised terms take effect signifies acceptance, subject to applicable law.
